Working Principles：
Plasma is a state of substance. Substances usually exist in three states: gaseous, liquid or solid. But in some particular conditions, they exist in the fourth status - plasmoid. For example, the substances in ionosphere of earth atmosphere are in plasmoid status.
Plasmoid includes substances of high speed electrons; activated neutral atoms, molecules and atomic groups (free radicals); ionized atoms and molecules; unreacted atoms and molecules etc. Generally the substance remains state of electric neutrality.
Plasma cleaner treats sample surface using the property of active components. High-Energy unordered plasma is produced by the build-up of luminance of RF power under certain pressure condition. The plasmas constantly bombard the sample surface for the purpose of clean, modification, photoresist ashing.
